3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
Btk222 supports the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are subject to the rules below.
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Deposits are generally instant — though in some cases they may take up to 30 minutes.
- No additional charges apply to deposits.
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x).
- Minimum odds may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
- A new deposit bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days.
Welcome Bonus

Bonus Abuse
Btk222 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:
- Claiming the same bonus multiple times by creating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to meet bonus requirements through low-risk betting strategies.
- Claiming a bonus using false information.
If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may also be forfeited.
5 Gaming Rules
All btk222 games are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified and provably fair. The following rules apply during gaming sessions.
- Each game has specific rules available in the "How to Play" or "Rules" section before the game begins.
- If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
- In Sports Betting, once a match has started, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except for live bets).
- For any dispute regarding a game result, the btk222 game server log shall be considered final.
- If your internet connection drops or your device shuts down, any active session will be completed on the game server.
Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. btk222 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited at btk222 and may result in immediate account termination.
- Any form of fraud, cheating, or hacking attempt.
- Using software bots, automation tools, or any other unauthorized technology to play games.
- Unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the gaming system or software.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward other members.
- Unauthorized promotion using the btk222 name or logo.
If any of the above activities are proven, all balances in the associated account may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Btk222 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

- Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
Voluntary Account Closure
To close your account, please contact our support team. Withdraw any verified balance before closing your account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.
Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of BDT 50 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) per month. Log in regularly to keep your account active.
10 Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction
If a dispute arises between btk222 and any member, we will first attempt to resolve it through our support team.
Dispute Resolution Process
- All complaints must be submitted to support within 7 days of the incident.
- The btk222 support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
- Complex issues may take up to 15 business days to resolve.
- If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may request mediation through a neutral third party.
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable law. For any legal dispute, the courts of btk222's licensing jurisdiction shall have competent authority.
These Terms were originally provided in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation, the English version shall prevail.
